Little kids can sleep ANYWHERE. I'm jealous of this skill after a week with the scouts. This sweet little kid was riding on my shoulders during a family walk. She had been holding a water bottle and guarding it like precious treasure. About a block from our house, she dropped the bottle. I picked it up and handed it back to her. At the same time, I noticed my ear was covered with drool.
Soon, the water fell again and she slumped all the way over. She stayed that way the rest of the way back home and into the house. I flipped her over onto her bed and she still merely readjusted to get more comfortable.
It's good to be a kid. Thanks for the chuckle, Miriam.
